As co-owner of JSpeak Solutions, Jane Archie brings more than 40 years of beauty industry experience, along with a background in public education, instructor development, and vocational school operations.
Her perspective changed when she married into a family of beauty professionals. She came to appreciate both the artistry of the work and the education, care, and entrepreneurship that make a lasting career possible.
After teaching in public schools and working with beauty education, Jane saw how much stronger vocational programs could be when students were prepared not only to pass exams, but also to succeed in the workplace and understand business ownership.
